Gluten free
*What is truly gluten free can be a tricky topic–you have gluten free oats, but some have difficulty tolerating those as well. Further, I’m no expert, just someone interested and passionate about healthy food. I started out including all the gluten free recipes in this blog, then scaled back, and decided it would be better to include those recipes that are less dubious, and also to leave out those that are just obvious, focusing on gluten free alternatives most often sought, such as for baked goods.
